By De-mystifying the process of sponsorship and taking a "no-nonsense" approach, people that work with Sponsorship Mechanics are motivated and empowered to enter the sponsorship arena with confidence.


 Sponsorship Mechanics was developed in 2005 through 30 years of experience on both sides of sponsorship management and is owned by Ann-Maree Playfair
Ann-Maree has serviced and managed sponsorships of all sizes, worked with a vast array of organisations and has been recognised for her skills achieving State and National Sponsorship Partnership Awards.
Having worked on numerous sponsorship projects, she is keen to share her knowledge, passion and skills on the workings of community partnerships.
Ann-Maree helps all types of organisations understand how a sponsorship can work and what steps to take to attract, manage and keep the partnership going and is committed to delivering a high quality service that meets or exceeds her clients expectations and delivered within the required timeframe.
Sponsorship Mechanics does not offer a brokerage service because Ann-Maree’s philosophy is “If you have not got the resources or the skills to gain sponsorship, then how are you going to manage and keep it?

Meet the “Mechanic”

Ann-Maree Playfair worked for the Transport Accident Commission for 14 years in the role of developing and managing TAC’s extensive sponsorship portfolio that included a diverse range of more than 50 large and small sponsorships.
Some of these included AFL football clubs, motor-sport, golf, bowling, horse racing, winery and youth events plus numerous major festivals and arts events within Melbourne and rural Victoria.
She has worked with people at all levels, and her knowledge of all components of sponsorship management and community partnering are outstanding. She has always been passionate about regional Victoria and now lives in Mansfield. To discuss your needs please feel free to call her.
